Robert Schnur Board of Directors

Robert Schnur

Robert Schnur is most importantly known as Kenza’s Father. While he became a respected, honest, and successful Real Estate Entrepreneur and Developer for over 35 years, his purpose and blessings were to be a father and husband. While Soumaya and Robert are no longer physically together with their daughter Kenza, they will remain together spiritually for eternity. They remain in their blessed marriage with tremendous mutual empathy which allows them to hold each other up with the greatest of love.

He began his business career in 1982 with Walter and Samuels, a prestigious old-world N.Y. firm where he remained for ten years, nine of which as Vice President. He moved to Los Angeles in 1992, where he met Dan Blatteis, where the two have been partners for 29 years, and together formed Blatteis & Schnur, Inc.

Their firm grew with National and International representation of many prestigious World Class Tenants such as The Cheesecake Factory. They ventured into the Principal Ownership and Development side of the business over 20 years ago while maintaining their trusted and unique relationship with The Cheesecake Factory to this day.

Blatteis & Schnur, Inc’s last major development was completed in 2018 and is highly respected and successful. ATMATEO is a two hundred thousand square foot development in Los Angeles’ Arts District, spanning two blocks. They are currently re-developing the former Macy’s Men’s department store on Stockton Street in San Francisco.

Robert and Soumaya lost their daughter Kenza during this time period after spending many years battling the ruthless disease of Addiction that ravages millions. Today the only goal is to honor their daughter Kenza and help save the lives of those fighting addiction and their loved ones.
