Legal Registration

The Love Kenza Foundation (“LKF”) is a 501(c)(3) Foundation.

As of July 1, 2022, LKF is registered with the Attorney Generals of California, Florida and New York.  LKF will only solicit in States where we are registered with the State’s Attorney General.  However, all donations from all States are tax deductible charitable contributions, since LKF is a 501(c)(3) Foundation.  LKF may accept donations from all States provided LKF does not directly solicit the donation in a State where it is not registered.  For example, if a Florida resident forwards the website to a resident of Ohio who makes a donation, and LKF did not directly solicit the donation, LKF can accept the donations in full compliance.       

Unless and until LKF registers in other States beside California, Florida and New York, LKF will not directly solicit in any other State.  The process for LKF to solicit in a State requires registering with the State’s Attorney General which is both quick and easy to accomplish.  If someone would like LKF to directly solicit in a new State, or wants LKF to forward the LKF website to a State in which LKF is not registered with the intention of soliciting contributions, we can quickly register in that State.
